Scott Hamilton has a long track record in the successful improvement of executive and organization performance in both Fortune 500 mid-market and large companies . Scott is the co-founder of Allign, a company that has developed and introduced a proprietary process that integrates leadership vision with visual-experiential mapping technology to align all workers into unified, positive action. His global to local organization helps leaders build the internal organizational capability to innovate, execute and measure.

Scott’s industry exposure has been both broad and deep. He has worked with executives and leadership teams in companies such as Parsons (Engineering Services), WorleyParsons (Engineering), McDonald’s (Manufacturing and Distribution Suppliers), Nestle USA (Food and Distribution divisions), Bergen Brunswig (Distribution), Aramark (Food), AlliedSignal and DirecTV (Content distribution operations), among others. Client programs have ranged from large-scale change efforts, organization design, team building, merger and acquisition/integration teams, and in-house executive development programs.
