Ashish Vimal is a Managing Director in Accenture’s Products industries and leads Technology Consulting in the NA West region. Over the last 23 years, he has delivered large Digital transformation programs as well as ERP programs  – both SAP and Oracle, for Accenture’s largest clients such as Amazon (Whole Foods), Best Buy, Nestle, Genentech, Nike, GM, Honda, McKesson, TJX, and Target. He has lead teams to success on global programs in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Switzerland, Mexico and Puerto Rico. Erin Griffin | Senior Executive Partner | Gartner Executive Programs

Erin Griffin is a Senior Executive Partner with Gartner Executive Programs. Erin’s career spans over 20 years as a technology leader/CIO in higher education (US Naval Academy, St. John’s College, and Loyola Marymount University), entertainment (the Screen Actors Guild), and biotech (Amgen) where she led various IT innovation efforts that earned her recognition with the CIO 100 as well as being named Los Angeles CIO of the year. Erin’s wide experience includes stints with the US Department of State in Germany, and the US Naval Academy in Italy. Erin holds an undergraduate degree in economics from UCLA, an MBA from Loyola Marymount, and a PMP certification.

Steve Griffin | Senior Executive Partner | Gartner Executive Programs

Steve Griffin, a Senior Executive Partner with Gartner Executive Programs. Prior to joining Gartner in 2013, Steve held leadership positions with companies in many industries, where he was instrumental in driving significant change and creating innovative and effective solutions. He has previously served as COO of Out-Fit, a fitness equipment distributor, and prior to that, as CIO for Gemstar-TV Guide International in the media and entertainment industry. Steve has also held numerous IT and finance leadership positions at HealthNet and JP Morgan Chase.  Steve has a BS and MBA from the University of Dayton.

Colleen Kirtland  | AVP of Emerging Technology & Agile Practice and Quality Assurance | Pacific Life

Colleen Kirtland, as an evangelist of human centric Emerging Technologies, Colleen has served both as a leader and individual contributor in multiple companies and industries, including WaMu and Capital Group. She is currently AVP of Emerging Technology & Agile Practice and Quality Assurance for Pacific Life, where she is a catalyst leader of Digital Transformation and innovation. Colleen is passionate about expanding Agile and innovation practices far beyond the boundaries of Technology. She is a volunteer academic mentor-facilitator for non-profit organizations such as JOYA Scholars and 5 Saturdays.

Mohammed Al Rawi | CIO | Los Angeles department of Parks and Recreation

Mohammed Al Rawi is the Chief Information Officer for the Los Angeles department of Parks and Recreation, where has introduced many innovative solutions to digitize, automate business processes, and solve complex, life-saving, business challenges. His advocacy and leadership was nationally recognized by Government Technology, which named him among the “Top 25 Doers, Dreamers and Drivers.” Before joining Parks and Recreation, Mohammed served at the Board of Supervisors, Second District, as Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas’s Deputy for Technology and Innovation, where he provided oversight and policy analysis for Information Technology projects covering 37 county departments.

Prior to joining the County of Los Angeles, Mr. Al Rawi was the Technical Director for the Los Angeles Times’ news bureau in Baghdad, where he oversaw Information Technology operations for dozens of journalists covering the Iraq war under extremely difficult circumstances. In 2006, Mr. Al Rawi was awarded the Best Staff – Los Angeles Times Editorial Awards.

Randall McKillop | SVP of Digital Products & Services | Westfield

Randall McKillop is the SVP of Digital Products & Services at Westfield, one of the highest quality retail portfolios in the world. The Digital Products & Services group provides engaging consumer experiences with the goal of connecting the digital world to the physical world.

Mr. Mckillop has led technology organizations in a verity of companies spanning the Retail, Media and Entertainment and Ecommerce industries.
